PRIME WARRANTY

 

Warranty:

All Prime products come with a 2-year warranty against material or manufacturing defects. The warranty period commences from the date of receipt of your wheels. Please note, this is only available to the original owner, and you will need to provide our team with evidence of your original order number from one of our exclusive retailers.

 

Areas not covered by Warranty:

• Warranty does not cover damage to your product caused by crashing and or impacts. 
• Warranty is void if the product has been modified without Prime’s approval of the modification
• Warranty does not cover damage to your product caused by incorrect installation or adjustment, poor maintenance, abuse, or improper use.
• Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear
