Prime Warranty & Crash Replacement
PRIME WARRANTY AND CRASH REPLACEMENT
Warranty:
All Prime products come with a 3-year warranty against material or manufacturing defects. The warranty period commences from the date of receipt of your wheels. Please note, this is only available to the original owner, and you will need to provide our team with evidence of your original order number from one of our exclusive retailers.
Areas not covered by Warranty:
- Warranty does not cover damage to your product caused by crashing and or impacts. Please see our Crash Replacement policy for information on this.
- Warranty is void if the product has been modified without Prime’s approval of the modification
- Warranty does not cover damage to your product caused by incorrect installation or adjustment, poor maintenance, abuse, or improper use.
- Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear
Bearing replacement:
In order to ensure that your wheels are running super smooth, and as fast as possible. We offer a 6-month warranty policy on replacement bearings for all carbon and alloy wheels.
Similar to the above, this is only available to the original owner, and you will need to provide our team with evidence of your original order number from one of our exclusive retailers. This will commence from the date that you receive your wheels. We will send you a complete set of bearing free of charge that you can fit to your wheels. Please note, each wheelset is restricted to one set of replacement bearings only.
Crash Replacement:
When you purchase a new set of Prime wheels and/or carbon handlebars, you will automatically join our lifetime crash replacement policy. Please note, this is only available to the original owner, and you will need to provide our team with evidence of your original order number from one of our exclusive retailers.
Crash replacement is available to all original owners of qualifying products, purchased through our partner retailers.
Prime does not cover crash replacement for general wear-and-tear seen through normal use of the products.
